    Please have members notify when aol automatically signs out the access to the original device if accessing the email from other device, state or country.

  2. I am not getting emails from a mailing list

    I am a member of an external mailing list and am an authorized poster. However, when I send an email to the mailing list, my hosting company shows the forwarded email is sent to the mailing list recipients but they dot get the massage. It seems aol blocks the messages.

  4. deleted email not in recently deleted

    I received an email from no.reply.alerts@chase.com on July 11. On July 13th I deleted the email.....but it is not in my recently deleted email folder. Why?

  7. switch accounts without signing out

    Hi AOL, Been a user clear back from AOL dial up. Would love to switch between email accounts without having to sign out and back in. It worked on the old desktop. Any way to make it work on AOL.com/mail? I know it doesn't work that way now, but surely someone has a brainy way to make it happen ;-).

    I DO NOT WANT TO SEE AOL NEWS WITH MY EMAIL !!! IT TAKES UP 1/2 THE PAGE NOW, YOU GUYS ARE IDIOTS !! I CANT READ THE EMAILS, NOW EVEN ENLARGED !! THE FORMAT YOH GUYS CAME UP WITH SUCKS!! & EVEN CHOOSING BASIC AOL--- SUCKS!! ACTUSLLY NO DIFFERENCE THAN THE NEWER VERSION-- OH, THE NEWER VERSION-- DOESNT EVEN GIVE YOU AN AREA TO LOG OUT!!     i find aol very irritable to find answers. I had this problem once before and recall it being a nightmare to find the answer.
    I am following various threads to do this again for my outlook app on PC and every thread tells me to go to security - generate password but i cannot find it from the web browser.
    AOL is the pits when it comes to simplicity.
    is there an idiot picture guide of where to find this password generator? I cant find viewing through pc browser.

  12. No Way to Remove Top Contacts that are Suggested

    I spoke with tech support and looked all over the internet. It's confirmed there is no way to remove the top contacts that are suggest when using the search bar and next to the contacts list in mail.

    It's odd how this is not a topic listed here, yet this is such a simple fix. I have a suggested contact here, such as my ex gf, I prefer not to see when I use my email. That contact isn't even on my contacts list anymore, but it's still suggested. It's wild how there's no way to remove these contacts. Cleared…

  18. people who aren't contqacts keep coming up as possible contact address fill-ins where I write emails. Stop. I don't want that!

    Stop allowing irrelevant, outdated, unwanted email addresses to keep coming up as possible fill-ins as I write emails. It only increases chances of mis-sent emails.
