Stop blocking incoming emails.
Why am I not receiving certain emails. I am awaiting important emails from my bank for access codes.....but these are getting blocked automatically from AOL. I understand security but these do not even go to Spam so I can choose if I want to read them. Makes me wonder what other emails I am not getting.

Spellcheck "new AOL" versus "Classic AOL"
When using Spellcheck in the new aol, there is no way to add words to the Spellcheck. So, my last name and the names of the organizations to which I belong, along with medical terminology, show up as spelling errors. Bring back Classic! I just tried to change my settings back to what you are now calling "Basic AOL" and it doesn't display my messages as I would like.

printing issue on the news article
I am having a problem printing news articles. The articles print as one narrow column, instead of formatted for an 8.5 x 11 page.

Filters - ability to sort alphabetically
Provide an option to sort filters alphabetically by name, i.e., the incoming or "from name".

The format for writing an e-mail is limited ! I hate it!
Just very frustrated...limited space to see what I have written cannot see the send or draft boxes!! Cannot blame it on a current MAC 3 years old!
I cannot be the only person wi this problem.

Allow a setting to turn off grouping emails by date received. Or just go back to the classic AOL email rather than this Yahoo-style email.

Outdated AOL How To Documentation
Your (?) to get you to a search & query on how to find or fix things, customize things is 100% outdated for the users you FORCED to take on this new, unimproved, horrid new design. EVERY answer on how to via AOL's how to pages, are for the WONDERFUL & normal AOL email version, which I was, without my knowledge or consent forced off of. Not one of the AOL Documented Pages on How To do, find or customize anything is based upon this God awful "non-AOL" type of email or care for their very old (decades) loyal users…

Learn words. One of the options under spelling should be learn this word or add to my dictionary.
Some dictionaries have not caught up with current words. Emoji for example. Instead of ignore or another suggestion have an option to add to dictionary. Some proper names are not in a dictionary so we should be able to add them to our dictionary as well.

Reminder to attach a document
In the past, if you typed 'I attach...' in your e-mail and forgot to attach the document, when you tried to send it, a box popped up and asked if you wanted to add an attachment. Why has this gone? It was vey useful.

Why are you changing mail format? AOLs Base is 50 yr Olds and older. Why are you chasing us off. If it's money give us something useful!
