unable to receive email from specific email add. : contact sender and advised to call AOL : advised to white list the email add.
our email server and it reports that aol is dropping your email. It is rejecting the email as from an "Spam Reporting Address".
You need to contact your email service provider and find a way to "white list"

Allow wildcards in blocked addresses
I've been getting many spam emails every day, almost all from two top-level domains with mutating sub-domains and senders. This makes it hard to scan the spam folder for misclassified legitimate emails. With wildcards I could simply block @.baddomain.com. This would even save further processing and storage of all the spam, and not require large blocked address lists. It appears that many users have been asking for something like this for quite a while.

All the ads that don't have a star but say Ad instead NEED TO HAVE A WAY TO EDIT/BLOCK THE OFFENSIVE/UNWANTED ONES
Your posted Ads jn the mailing list need to be changed to allow editing, blocking, ranking for offensive, in appropriate, etc,these are not the garbage to the right of the mailing list.

Let us be able to Block and edit, flag offensive unwanted emails that are in the AOL email changing ads. These "singles" Japansdates, etc. are offensive and I want to be able to block/eliminate them.

Your stationery choices suck now!!
what happened to all the wonderful stationery you used to offer??? ones for every season and holiday?? and the GIF button is gone too. We like to make our emails look fun and interesting, not blah like the stuff you have in your stationery right now. Whoever is responsible for putting these features back on, please do it! Also, your other comments from other people should show a date of when they posted their comment. thank you

Where's the Basic version?
You took away my ability to return to the basic version--to switch between them. I used to be able to, but now it's clear you're going to make me use it whether I want to or not. I don't need the bells and whistles here. Just the basic email.

I get SPAM mail from a million places. Why can't I receive emails from companies that I have requested they email me?

If you could provide a way to block hyperlinks from opening that "preview" window to the right of the email we could see the email full size
I would like the option to turn off the preview window that is automatically created to the right side by hyperlinks included in some emails. I would rather see my email full size than shrink it down to fit a preview/hyperlink" window to the right. I already spoke with Customer service tech support and they asked that I submit this idea here.

Spam Filter Broken
What has happened to the Spam filter? Legitimate email is getting inexplicably place in Spam while in the middle of an on-going conversation. On 25 April, a person we were communicating with via email, sent us a follow up message. This message went to Spam without our knowledge. The person sent 3 more follow up messages, each one expressing an increased level of frustration. We also sent 3 messages because we had not heard back from the person.
