Political ad pops up for Biden-Harris when I want to close my email. They ask for donations with credit card data. CLOSE THIS DOWN!
Not only am I held ******* by a Biden-Harris ad after reading an email, they asked for a donation and I receive a page for my credit card number. Pls. shut this down. I don't want to be solicited for election campaigns. The feds take enough of my check. There is no way to opt-out of this. It is very large print.

Keep all political commercials off of AOL! I do not appreciate being bombarded in my leisure time that I spend doing] bills & Friends.
AOL should be free from ALL advertisements. I have been on AOL for almost 26+ years and lately it has gone down hill like all of the other sites. And I highly dislike Political Adds that keep popping up every time that I press enter. I am Neutral in my political stand.

You take up 1/3 of the screen with the advertising that you're doing. STOP
Above...you use 1/3 of the screen for ads and ***. Give us the full screen. I'm going to have start using another browser. It drives me crazy that you use 1/3 of the screen for your crapppy ** ads.

It should have ribbon which contains all icons such as: File, Home, View, Insert, Review, Paste, layout, Normal, Recall, Read/Unread, etc
AOL Mail should have a ribbon (which it doesn't have) with icons: File, Home, View, Review, Insert, Paste, Recall, Read/Unread, Normal, Layout, etc.

Improve the parameters of your search function for inbox/mail
The search function is currently very inefficient. I am trying to get rid of SPAM in my inbox so do a search for it and it tells me "nothing to see here" for search result(s) however when I go to my inbox, I'm finding emails from the places/people that I just did a search on with no results. It clearly is NOT working the way it's suppose to. Not to mention, having the search for both "mail" and "web" in the same search area is very confusing, and I think might be A factor in to why it isn't working…

Go back to classic format.
Go back to the old, classic email.The old format was much more user friendly. There is no advantage to the new format.

Need to access hyperlinks for zoom classes.
If you don't make this so called "new, improved" aol mail so that we can click on hyperlinks to access Zoom, we will all be dropping aol. Right now if I want to access a zoom class I HAVE PAID FOR, I have to forward it to a gmail account. I might as well just change my email address to gmail and drop AOL altogether. We have been asking for this ever since you made the change and it falls on deaf ears.

OPTION OF CLASSIC FORMAT
Will you please give us the option of returning to the classic format. This ridiculous new version is now taking me anything up to four times as long to send a work-related e-mail, and as I work in the funeral industry this is not time I can afford to waste.

Hate new format
I hate your forcing me to use your new format. I can't do anything with it. It is terrible and I want the old format back - you make it impossible to do what I enjoy doing with emails. Can't save when I forward. Can't past without going to all kinds of corrections. You make it a terrible experience for me.

Font size, color and type settings please!
We used to be able to SET or font size, color and type in settings. Right now I can only set size and type BUT it keeps defaulting to TINY when I set it in settings to MEDIUM. Please address this as I cannot read that TINY size well.

stop seeing alcohol ads
I do not want to see ads for alcoholic items. I DO NOT SEARCH for them and do not understand why they pop up on my email screen. How can I stop this?

Allow email addresses to be viewed in the inbox
As any idiot, except AOL Mail, knows, the name of an email address can be spoofed. GIVE US THE ABILITY TO VIEW THE EMAIL ADDRESS. If some people want to see the spoofed name, let them keep the spoofed name. AT LEAST allow us the option to turn on the email address in the inbox listing.
