  2. USPS informed delivery emails not coming through--again

    Suddenly my USPSInformedDelivery emails are not coming through. Again. Not in SPAM or in the blocked list. This has happened before. The address in in my contacts. I get them in gmail. I'm also finding legitimate emails in SPAM even after clicking NOT SPAM. Don't ask me for more information without giving me a legitimate way of sending it to you. I don't use X or Twitter and help.aol.com just sends me to a page for paid accounts.

    Hi there. If you already checked your Spam folder and your filters/blocked list, then the issue needs to be investigate on their end. The sender can also contact our Postmaster team in case they have this issue with other users, through https://senders.yahooinc.com/contact/

  4. The Save Feature is Faulty

    The Save feature does not save incomplete emails. When saving an email to the Draft window and returning to edit or add to that "saved" email, only the first few lines of the incomplete email appear. A large portion of the incomplete saved email has disappeared. Please fix this bug in the program.

  5. side bar down arrow

    The side bar down arrow in the old email screen is covered up by the arrow to enlarge the email view and after opening it, it doesn't stay open. And every time you open it the message pops up about getting rid of ads. So annoying.

  6. This email address - contact@[domain] appeared in Spam, but AOL claims it is invalid and won't let me block it.

    Stop allowing invalid email addresses to appear in my Spam folder and then refusing to block it because it is invalid.

  7. The Italic button fails to work in all cases.

    Please fix the Italics button so that it can be used selectively. Currently entire paragraphs, headlines and selected texts cannot be taken out of Italics mode. This is very frustrating and disruptive to user's intents.

  8. Stop skipping me past emails when I use the arrows to scroll through emails!

    When I use the arrows to scroll through my emails it randomly will skip emails completely or even just open them then move past them. This causes me to miss some emails or even accidentally delete important emails as I do not notice they get marked as read even though I never seen them.
    I have logged out and back in and also used different computers/tablets to try to avoid this issue and nothing changes.

  9. quit shrinking the email page

    quit shrinking the email page to advertise your paid subscription. I will change to another email before paying. Been an AOL customer for a very long time and faithful. People laugh at me because I still use AOL. I am beginning to understand why.

    I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue: 

    1. Clear the app’s cache 

    2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove 

    3. Restart your mobile device 

    4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version 

    5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data 

    After you’ve performed these steps, should you still encounter this issue, please reach out to our support team at help.aol.com

  11. Clicking BCC Takes You To CC Field Which Can Lead To ALL Sorts of Issues....

    I have been embarrassed more times than I can recall because of a glitch in you email system. When I click BCC, it automatically takes me to the CC field which means all the copies that I had WANTED to be blind now show up, ensuring that everyone I send it to is mad at me for posting instead of doing a BCC which is what I had clicked initially. Can you all PLEASE fix this....? If you click CC, go to that field. If you click BCC, go to THAT field, NOT cc. Make sense? Thanks.

  12. Contacts

    A new contact we added is not being shown when I compose an email. I need to manually type the whole email address. Duplicate contacts of it are created. Troubleshohoting steps failed with a technical support agent.

    Disappointed since email from Verizon given to AOL it will not work with Outlook 365

  14. Did AOL Change Email Look on December 11th, 2023

    Something changed my email. I used to have New Mail, Old Mail, Delete, Compose, Folders on the left side of my email - that is all gone since 12/11/23. I have no way to delete or get into folders unless I keep switching between basic and standard email. Also, when I copy a recipe with a color image it will not allow the image to download.
    What can be done to get what I had back as I can not keep using my email like this much longer.

  15. Why is password manager showing up when I click in a new email To box?

    It shows up in a place where it covers over the list of email addresses that start with same letter as my email. Can we please get rid of this horrid feature? How is this helping any of your customers?

    Email picture an old picture even though I changed it!!! and there is nothing support can do for me!! pathetic!! I will be deleting my email address

    Hi there. The profile picture is not sent with outgoing emails. We have no control over what image is used for an avatar by non-AOL email systems. You might need to check where you had set that image or contact the recipient that still has your old image on their side, and change it there. If your profile picture is accurate in the AOL app and the webmail version when you click on your name from the top right corner of your AOL Mail page, then the image you're still seeing in the sent emails is not coming from AOL. 

  19. I have completely missed (never arrived at my account) several e-mails from Australia 1 February 2024. No trouble in 2023 from same address.

    Non-delivery of several e-mails from Australia, 1 Feb 24. Have received from same address in past. Please advise. (Messages Not in Spam or other locations, either).

  20. cannot send attachment

    Time to time I cannot send attachment even if it's a small file of 26ko...
    I have no problem to send email but attachment.

    what should I do? i have the same issue on both of my aol account.
