  1. keep getting spam from "blocked" senders

    I keep getting SPAM in my folder from @kellykat.com. I've blocked these emails multiple time, but still they come. I'm getting more and more SPAM in my inbox, which I move to SPAM. You always ask if I want to "unsubscribe." I never subscribed to these domains. They are just trying to get AOL to give them legitimate email addresses. Wise up!

    Hi. We're sorry to hear you're receiving spam emails! We have some solutions for you, please refer to this article to learn how to best manage unwanted emails:  https://help.aol.com/articles/aol-mail-spam-and-privacy  We also added additional security features for AOL Mail: https://help.aol.com/articles/additional-security-features-in-aol-mail  Moreover, the block feature is best used for people, not spam, since spammers can use spoofed accounts. This means, what you see and add to your blocked list might not be the actual sender address. If you need assistance, you can reach out to us at https://help.aol.com/contact/

  2. 2 STEP IS NOT ON BUT EVERY SIGN IN NOW I HAVE TO GET TEXT OR CALL-- PHONE HELP ONLY WANTS MY CREDIT CARD!!

    STOP MAKING US 2 STEP VERIFY WHEN IT IS NOT TURNED ON,NEVER HAS BEEN! If I sign out for 2 hours,I have to 2 step verify again after 25 years with AOL,I have HADIT!! Cannot get any help, phone option only wants a credit card number.... This has to stop or I switch all emails and no longer use AOL

  6. Try a device you’ve signed in with before Yeah right. not gonna happen apparently

    AOL ...after verifying numerous ways..i still cannot sign into an email account of mine. WHY? I get the try a device blah blah blah

  7. Cannot log into my email account. I verify it numerous times yet tells me to try a browser i used before. How about all of them. SMH.

    Cannot log into my email.. I have verfied in 3 ways and still..it tells me to use a browser i have used already. WTF. useless.

  9. UNUSUAL ACTIVITY AT SIGN IN NEED VERIFICATION

    Stop the DAILY WE HAVE NOTICED UNUSUAL ACTIVITY VERIFICATION! I get this daily!! So sick of it. There's no UNUSUAL activity! It's me, it's always me.....my internet just changes where I get my signal on daily basis!

    Hi. If there's something unusual about your sign in or recent activity, we'll ask you to go through another verification step after you've entered the correct password. This helps protect your account from unauthorized access. You may be prompted to get a verification code on your AOL app, recovery phone number, or recovery email address for any of the following reasons:


    AOL notices suspicious account activity.

    You're using an unfamiliar browser or device.

    You're traveling away from your usual location.

    You sign in while using a VPN or a proxy server.

    You've logged in with a private or incognito window.

    There are many attempts to sign in with incorrect passwords.

    The "First time signing in from this device" message appears.

    You've cleared your browser history or data cache including cookies.

  12. Why must I "Verify it's me" EVERY TIME I sign in.

    I'm really annoyed that I have to verify my identity EVERY TIME I sign in.
    I do not want or need your so called Security. Cookies are the biggest carrier of virus. I clear cookies after each session. Which is probably the reason you make me verify. BUT I do not want your help. PLEASE STOP it

Usually this issue should be solved if you check the the box "stay signed in". If you are trying to access your account from a new device you will need to login with your credentials every time for security purposes.   13. Ich kann mich nicht mehr bei AOL.de einloggen.

    Ich bin AOL-Mail-Nutzer seit nahezu 30 Jahren. Seit heute ist ein Aufruf der AOL-Seiten für mich nicht mehr möglich, egal in welchem Browser - es ist "Forbidden". In der Adresszeile erscheint "aol.de/?guccounter=1". Eine Lösung habe ich bisher nicht gefunden. Einen telefonischen Support scheint es nicht zu geben, nur eine 20ct-Abzocke mit Bandansage, die mich auffordert, mich an den Online-Support zu wenden. Bei Social Media bin ich nicht unterwegs, so dass ich Sie dort auch nicht kontaktieren kann.Ein telefonischer Kontakt (auf Deutsch) wäre sinnvoll.

  15. I can't log on to aol on my Iphone. I get an error message that says "Please enable cookies in your browser and sign in again"

    I can't log into my aol account with my Iphone. Each time I try logging in via aol icon or safari I get the same error message
    "Please enable cookies in your browser and sign in again. I've deleted the app and reinstalled - Ive powered down my phone - and I have spent a long time with customer service

  16. aol mail in imap for iOS desk top

    Having had the mail box not updating i decided to delete and reload , however the log on to Aol for the email to work on my iOS desk top repeatedly rejects as name or password not recognised.

    I can access my email address on the web but require the mailbox on the desk top app. My iPhone and iPad accounts with AoL are fine with Apple mail.

    I have tried everything but no joy. Please help

  17. Remove Email Alias Not Working

    I've tried deleting an email alias using Edge and Chrome. The alias greys out and says disconnecting but is never removed. I have tried at least 12 times. Please fix this feature.

  20. There should be Tech support available to all members...u may charge if say more than twice a yr use.

    Memebers may have issue with their emails like spam etc.
    i recently got too many mails from unknown people organizations etc.
    I sent them to the Spam folder. Then i went to block those senders....but by selecting large numbers, some useful ones may have been blocked. So in setting i went thru blocked senders and removed useful ones from the blocked list.
    However, diue to all this i have not been getting any e mail.
    so, would u pls look at
    HHShah@aol.com account and reinstate getting the email from sources say prior to Dec. 2024
