Hello , we are verizon clients and when we got switched over to AOL it was fine. the new changes are not better , its worse . when im deleting things in my inbox , many times multiple emails get deleted when only 1 is checked off , WHY ? also , your color options to highlight things , why isnt there a FULl RED , and why when you did this updated , you didnt put in a button to make a message sent with high priority ? these are things we neede when running a business .

how did this new aol mail background get a new do or get all like this and well 2 autumns ago from last year's autumn the aol mail didn't used to be like this and until either last month or a couple of months ago or whenever the AOL mail background had gotten all changed and the other AOL when it had had a lot of mail seasonal themes in its drop down box and stuff it had used to be all right and ok but either since a couple of months ago or even sometime last month this aol…

Wouldn't it be simpler for AOL to highlight what they think 'might offend' some? A comment goes for hours, sometimes days, sometimes simply disappears. No reason given. Very discouraging to those wishing to make honest comments about subjects of interest. Your print the 'article,' they you should accept uncritically(or at least tell your reasoning) what people reply with.

Guys -- Please CHANGE THE FONT. The bold is really ugly and clutters the screen with Arial. Calibri, Arial Narrow, Arial Nova, etc. = better

Stop pushing Hollywood gossip
Hey it’s bad enough you set my main page to news but it’s “news” that is not relevant. I don’t care if lizzo or Hollywood is doing stupid stuff as always. I’d rather see news relevant to me and how it affects me. The app is okay but I do not like how top news is from entertainers and other sources that have no **** **** bearing on us working class stiffs. You have clearly lost your connection with your customer base! Focus on email. News is okay but I don’t like the content you push.

AOL was once touted as having THE BEST search ability of ALL email providers. NOW...thanks to the changes you've made it SUCKS! Also, I used to be able to email screenshots to my email address from my phone...NO LONGER can do that either. WHY IN THE WORLD have you allowed your team to make such horrendous DOWN-grades to something your customers once enjoyed????? The list of problems and LOST features is just beyond frustrating. Change for the sake of change is NOT a good thing!!!

Why is it that when I send an email, I am immediately directed to the "Today on AOL" page? I DO NOT WANT TO BE EXPOSED TO THE NEWS WHEN I USE AOL MAIL!!!! STOP IT!!! Instead of generating increased pageviews and advertising revenue, you are likely only to generate extreme ANGER from me for trying to SHOVE THE NEWS DOWN MY THROAT.

New AOL is Awful Ridiculous how difficult and time consuming it is to delete SPAM
Used to be able to delete SPAM all at once. Now I have to go page by page to delete. I can't seem to keep up with all of the Spam. Spend so much time trying to delete it . With Spam being an ongoing issue who is the genius who thought this was a good idea? Obviously someone who hasn't used AOL.

insert a block button on all emails to make scammer and junk email easier to get rid of
make blocking a sender easier - just make a button on the email to block them - right now you have to highlight the sender's name then go to mail settings and tap block senders - other mails just have one button that does it instantly

I was lied to by reps
I was lied to by aol reps. I requested no ads. I got a pkg for $9.99 which I was told included no ads. Not true. today I spoke to Stephanie in tech support and found out I was sold the wrong pkg. She assisited with getting me the correct services and helped me cancel my $9.99 pkg. I am a long time customer for $39.99 ad would like at least 6 months free of no ads to make up for the lies i was given.*@aol.com

your storage capacity
Your new program is very difficult to use. Tiny touch moves many new messages to different folders that are difficult to find. I used AOL for so long, but I think you are at the end of your business life. By saving on your storage capacity for new emails you drive customers out. Bad idea to match fewer customers with old storage.

GO BACK TO OLD AOL, I CAN'T ACCESS ALL MY CONTACTS AT ONE TIME NOW, VERY DIFFICULT WITH NEW AOL
