  1. Allow full access to email using client

    Stop capping our emails that are viewable using a client to 10k. Why are we forced to use website or app? It makes it virtually impossible to fully back up email to local storage or anywhere.

    Hi there. For this one, you can try moving your emails to multiple folders so that no folder has more than 10K emails in it, this way you can view all your emails on that particular email client. 

  2. I don't want to have to save my attachment to read it!

    When an attachment arrives, I want to be able to read it before I decide to keep it or not. A preview mode would work that protects from security issues..

  3. Not recieving verification codes. No other options given.

    I am not receiving the texted verification condes this has been going on for 3 or 4 days. No other options is being give. Your Site Help is useless. Not worth the time to visit it.

  5. No Code Received - Multiple Tries and No Codes

    I tried multiple times yesterday to receive a text code so I could read my email. I never received a code.

    Same problem today. I have tried repeatedly to request a text code and it doesn't work.

    You are killing what used to be the best email program with all of these verifications and not getting codes to people.

    Sounds like you've hit the allowed limit for blocked addresses. I would recommend unblocking some to be able to block new ones.

  9. Vacation Response does not work--FIX IT!

    How rude I appear when I am out of the country and not be able to alert clients why you are ignoring their emails. This seems like it should be easily fixed and yet it has not!

  10. The free mail accounts pop-up option to empty all the trash does not work. Deletions can only be done 100 per delete

    Either explain that the delete all trash option is only for paying customers, or remove the feature from free accounts. Ideally fix it if it is simply another tech *****-up that nobody noticed.

  11. can't type email, won't change lines when hitting enter.

    Can only type one line of email then it won't go to second line and what I am typing is invisible. Tab works, but not Enter.

  15. Mail Undeliverable

    Something is wrong with AOL Mail lately. Many of my emails are not being received or sent. All of a sudden, my emails to the same person's email address will sometimes go through and sometimes be sent back as undeliverable. Same with people sending emails to me. Same person's email might get through to me but also will be sent back to them as undeliverable most of the time. Is this something new with the AOL change? How is this going to get fixed??

  16. After I read a e mail and ans it how to I delete it? I can't seem to figure this out.

  18. Composing a message problem.

    The message recipients area takes up almost the entire screen leaving only a small space at the bottom for writing the message. No setting addresses this.

  20. option to fetch new data as push

    Add the option to fetch new data as push instead of fetch in Apple mail. You are one of the few accounts that don't support push.
