How can I keep mail in my new mail folder? I keep thing there to refer back too.
I need to go back to the previous version. I hate having to look thru old mail to find things I left in my inbox.

Case #21292172 - Viewing Email OPTIONS:
Dear Madam or Sir, would be very helpful if there was an addtl viewing email option that would allow for the email to remain as NEW even when hovering over the list of emails in the top portion of the screen where emails are listed and only when double clicking on the email would it become READ. This option could be called "Double Click to Read Email".

Nothing happens when I try to view the RAW MESSAGE! This was formerly called View Message Source. It's under 'More' and all your directions indicate it should work. Sorry - nothing happens when I click View Raw Message. This function is DOA in the new version. It's necessary to report SPAM!

Sorting Columns Gone? HELLO?
WHY did you remove our ability to sort our columns in the, or a, view that we've always used, are used to, prefer or find easier for us functionality wise? I don't want "stars", they were "flagged" for a reason, and I had that in the first column so I could easily see what I needed follow up on, or that needed responding to - I NEEDED to see my attachment column so I could search by attachments, now there's no attachment icon or column, and again - LOSS OF ABILITY TO sort columns as WE need them to be…

messages fail to load
Not sure what is going on but each time I attempt to open aol messages using my computer, I keep getting asked to pick a theme and font. When I do, it says there is error and my selections don't save. On top of that, when I attempt to look at my messages, my emails don't load. It says an error occurred while trying to fetch messages. When I hit retry, I keep getting the same message.

WRITE THE CEO
Write the CEO about the sorting, not keeping READ emails in your inbox and all of your concerns with the new AOL mail. If you cannot sort by sender or "sent to" how can you mass delete to keep your emails under control?

Search button next to subject line
Please move the search eye glass that pops up next to the subject line. I keep hitting it and it take to search for more emails with that subject when all I wanted to do was open the email.

Bring back right-click menu
Quit trying to be gmail; it may be popular but AOL had more features that worked.
If i have a sender or subject that I want to manage all the emails from, I used to be able to do that with a powerful right-click menu. Now, the only thing is "filter" and the options with it are insufficient.
Please restore the powerful right-click options.

Mail summary page column order
I would like to be able to re-order the summary page columns. Specifically I want to me the "file attachment" icon before the email "subject" column. When the "file attachment" icon follows the "subject" column I am less likely to note that a file is attached. I would like to move the columns around to the way I like. If this is already possible I can't find out how to do so and please let me know how. Thanks.

Deleting older emails
Can you put something in place that the emails could be auto deleted after a certain time period or let us set a certain date. Also email to be deleted could be deleted automatically or let us go through the batch and save any that we would like to save before letting them delete. The process now is painful. You can delete all or none. I need to delete some.

Add subscriptions and receipts to AOL Mail (like Yahoo has)
Since this new AOL Mail is basically the Yahoo Mail interface, can you enable the Subscriptions and Receipts folders (in the same place Documents, Pictures, and Travel is)?
