  1. Your "help" line is useless. You need a way to have the customer write an email and send it, instead of making him go thru hundreds of FAQS

    I agree !! I have NOT received any help after spending many hours talking to a rep.
    I signed up for AOL Premium and have not received any confirmation that I paid for it nor any info on the complete AOL Premium plan.
    Sooooo frustrating!!
