Your "help" line is useless. You need a way to have the customer write an email and send it, instead of making him go thru hundreds of FAQS

Apparently I've been banned from posting comments on their news site. The tech can't tell me why or how to get in touch with someone about it. I wasn't told I was banned, and I can't think of why I was. I'm not going to continue to pay for something I can't use.

I can not sign in to AOL without having to get a verification code. This is ridiculous as I've been with AOL for 20 to 25 years. I spoke to a young lady today but to be truthful, I might as well have talked to the wall. She claimed my problem was caused by too many cookies and when I told her I cleared all cookies every time I shut down, she then told "that" was probably my problem. This tech rep did not have a "clue". Look, I've had this problem happen many, many time over the many years I've been with you but after "ONE" verification code problem usually went away. Is there someone who can fix this, it's been over a week now, that this problem exists. It's getting to where I may have to go to another website if you can not fix this problem. I've seen others who complained on your website so it's not just my account that this happens to. If you can't fix, just let me know and I'll find another website, as I can not go looking for a verification code every time I want to read my email. PLEASE HELP, PLEASE !

I agree !! I have NOT received any help after spending many hours talking to a rep.
I signed up for AOL Premium and have not received any confirmation that I paid for it nor any info on the complete AOL Premium plan.

Totally agree with the comments. I've been with AOL for decades now, but your lack of support now has be seriously considering dumping AOL for another provider. The lack of support is really frustrating when something that had been working for me yesterday (opening or down-loading attachments) is not working today.
You are setting yourselves up to lose customers. If that's what you want.....

Right now there is absolutely no technical support for non-paying users. AOL in general is 100%useless and need to rethink how they treat their clientele.
