  4. Stop putting suggested recipient list for new emails. It is too easy to hit the wrong name by accident, or to hit more than one name.

    agreed. I keep getting suggestions to send to customer service emails I've used in the past. Those are not the people I want to send personal emails to.

  7. Do NOT automatically place viewed emails in "old" category AND finally fix the "keep as new" marker WITHIN viewed emails so they remain new.

  9. is there a way to view my emails that were 'old' from 2020 in my AOL mailbox? it would be lovely to have access to the old information.

    I'm getting ads based on my location, which I never comsented to. And the app won't let me open the privacy choices to even see if there's an option to opt out. Again, you do NOT have my consent to know any personal information.
