    The genius who came up with this new format must have thought it'd help me advance up the corporate ladder. That person and whomever approved it should be fired.

    If AOL is really interested in our suggestions they would combine every comment requesting a return to the old format. I can guarantee reverting back to the old format would be Number One.

    I am 85 years old and like most people of my generation we do not accept changes well and trust me, this one sucks.

    A number of my friends have eyesight issues and can only read my emails when I use a number of sized fonts. Now you've taken that option away. Why???

    Just because something is new doesn't mean that it's better. I want my old format back. The older I get the less I like change and I definitely dislike this new crud.
