  2. You can improve AOL Mail by giving me back my old version and not FORCE me to use this version that I HATE!

    This is Carter's wife - I hate this new format even more than Carter. It is not user friendly in any way. I hate everything about it - I don't find one thing that is an improvement over the old format. Please go back to the old format or at least give those of us who want to go back a link in order to get the old format back. Pat

    What are you thinking - obviously not much of anything!!!! all the complaints & still no response from aol!!!!!! HATE this new format - go back to old format. No need to have this FORCED ON US with no choice to go back to the good old format.. I'll be leaving unless you change back
