  1. Use humans when the robot fails. Sometimes AOL fails to create a new line with the [Enter] key, but the help robot couldn't recognize that,

    One more of the thousands of bugs: When I scrolled thru a message and went back to the top, the "sender" line was at the very top, and was long enough to obscure the attachment icon. That pale paperclip is far too easily overlooked when it is in the clear!
    Put the attachment list back at the top where it belongs!
