This paid aol sucks! Philippines call center is MOST RUDE PEOPLE! aol needs to FIRE THEM NOW! and get call center to another country that people or tech support have better manners on how to treat AOL customers! I AGREE WITH ALL THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE COMPMAINED IN RECENT MONTHS ON THIS FORUM! The delete function does not work properly. Items not checked for delete if between items to be deleted or next the last one to be deleted get deleted automatically. One has to search for them in deleted to get them back to "Keep as new"....Anne Lore commented · August 24, 2023 16:04 · Report

Same complaint I have for AOL for violating the contract as they keep charging my card monthly for "AD FREE AOL ER MAIL!!"

I agree with all the complaints about AOL Mail!! I've been paying for Ad Free E mail and seems my complaints are not even handled or taken care of! I will be detaching my paid AOL in 2 weeks if AOL keeps ignoring my requests not to charge me and keep showing me ads!!
