Please provide all pricing and plan inclusions in writing so customers can make informed decisions. Currently, there is a significant language barrier with support, and staff prioritize upselling expensive plans over answering specific questions. Just like robot no matter what question you ask for clarification they keep answering the same way by. You should get the $39.99 a month plan

Customers need to compare options side-by-side to make an informed decision, rather than being pressured into a high-cost plan based on a verbal recommendation they might later regret
