It’s painfully obvious how one sided the news we get to read is. It’s like 95% anti Trump. Even today there’s a report of how melania’s dress isn’t appropriate. Give it a break

When we have to call AOL about a problem and the person does not speak English clearly it just adds to the frustration. Please hire help that speaks English as a first language for customers in the USA. I tried calling yesterday about the Google ads taking over my emails and the gentlemen hung up on me. I guess he didn’t know how to help me.

It is critical for AOL to provide a complete price list—from the entry-level to the premium tiers—including a clear breakdown of what each plan covers. Customers need to compare options side-by-side to make an informed decision, rather than being pressured into a high-cost plan based on a verbal recommendation they might later regret

Please provide all pricing and plan inclusions in writing so customers can make informed decisions. Currently, there is a significant language barrier with support, and staff prioritize upselling expensive plans over answering specific questions. Just like robot no matter what question you ask for clarification they keep answering the same way by. You should get the $39.99 a month plan

All of a sudden when I open my emails the small Ad to the right takes over my entire screen and I can no longer read any of my emails. I called AOL last night and I guess the guy didn’t know what to do to help me, so he just hung up on me.

Latest update was released with a bug that causes ad on right side of screen to hijack the entire screen when opening an email for reading other than the email previewed when app is first opened. Ad expands to fill the screen and cannot be dismissed so the app has to be killed. App was very obviously not tested properly before release when a bug that renders the mail reader useless is allowed to be posted to the Apple App Store. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Otherwise the app will be useless to anyone using it as their email client on the iPad.
