For years Microsoft has placed Deceptive Ads disguised as something of interest, (or something distasteful you want to remove) but now they not only place these ads, but even if you just try to remove the ad, it says "You Clicked On A Deceptive Ad", NO! I clicked on the Box that should mark it as the Item I want deleted from my screen. I DID NOT attempt to open the Ad. Microsoft then Demands that you call their number and they will fix the problem. The problem is that this Ad has locked the computer controls & screen demanding you call Microsoft & FOR A LARGE SUM OF MONEY they will fix & restore your computer. IT's time for AOL to STOP ALLOWING THESE KINDS OF ADS, you are complicite in this SCAM! Users have paid Thousands of dollars, maybe Hundreds of Thousands of dollars since this has been a SCAM Aol has allowed for at least 20 years in one form or another. If not, then maybe you'd prefer a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT?!?
