  4. Get rid of moving picture ads in my email. I already pay too much for AOL service...Now your ads are slowing down the opening of my email.

    Senior tech support told me to do this but did not explain how. She did not tell me that feedback was gonna be public forum??

    Please include subject, from, to and date on each and every email. We should not have to use drop down arrow to get this info or for it to be included if one prints said email. Also, date should show day date year and time not just

    I have been sing AOLfor thirty years and this has just become an issue very recently.. AOL. Please fix this!!
