    I'm trying to update the Privacy Control Dashboard options since the Yahoo acquisition. When I go to the page, I see all the options available (like automated email analysis, Yahoo's independent use of your information, etc.). When I click on an option to update it, it says the same thing no matter what browser I use and no matter if my VPN is on or off. I'd love to send you a screenshot, but I don't see how to do that. The screen says "OH NO! We were unable to process your request Start Over. It does that no matter what option I try or whether I log in, log out, etc. etc. Please help. I am not comfortable with these privacy controls and want to change them as soon as possible. I've been a LONG TIME AOL user and would hate to leave. Thank you.

    Hi there. The Samsung Keyboard issue should be fixed in the latest update to the UI, One UI 5.1. You can go to your device's settings, tap on ''Software update'' to see if this update is available for you. If it's not, please try again later.

    Please look into this problem I've been posting it for months and have gotten no response. When you reply it keeps bouncing you back-and-forth down to the bottom of the email and puts you in the body of the email you replying to. And most of the time I try to submit this feedback I get a voice over error message and it won't submit. Please please help
