    Many of us pay for AOL Desktop Gold ($69. to $99. per year). Shouldn't that account for something -- or is it just about the $$$s instead of the subscriber experience?
    What a great business plan for a service provider!
    BTW: My AOL Desktop Gold crashes once a week.

    Send Only Address is available on the free, web-based service. I'm paying for the Desktop Gold. Shouldn't this capability be available for the paid-for service?
