    Position your mouse pointer over the email address in the "From" area. It will show you the true email it is coming from. It might say support@aol.com in the From area, but when you position your pointer over that, it will show you that it's coming from somewhere else. ie: scammonkey@gmail.com. or it may show you a bunch of random BS. Then you know it's not from AOL.
