Can you be more specific about this -- I'm not able to reproduce or seeing other users with a similar problem. When did this start? What browser/OS are you using? Do you get an error message or does nothing happen when you hit the 'Send' button?

Well, there are a few ways to do so -- first this very forum place would work to alert us to an error. Secondly, the comments are open and available on the article in question so you could also comment there to let us know. Jon's Twitter handle is included at the top of the article, so you could always tweet at him or directly at @Engadget to give us a heads up. Or you could click the "Support" link at the bottom of the page to submit an email to us. If you click on an author's name from an article it should take you to a page that also provides their email address (though that is admittedly down at this moment, it should be fixed shortly).

You can change your display name at any time by clicking the drop down arrow that appears next to your name above any of the "Add a comment" boxes at the bottom of articles. Select settings and it should give you the ability to update your display name. This doesn't work if you select your name from the Engadget bar along the top navigation; it has to be the user name in the comment section itself.
