    Every time I clicked on the edit button it will take 3 times to load up the options for copy and paste. Also, sometimes there are broken image of the "write mail".

  2. I can no longer send blind copy emails as I have done for 20 years to a closed group

    For 20 years I have sent blind copy emails to 300 or more people that request them. I did this in groups of less than 150. Now AOL won't permit me to send these emails

  3. Auto Spell Check does not recognize correctly spelled technical terms & won't send due to "Error" which does not exist !!

    Your Auto Spell Check does not recognize technical terms & product names, so it won't send email claiming there is an "Error",.... The error is the stupid spell check, dump it, please, tired of having it refuse to send valid emails out

  4. Error Messages Keep Telling Me My Mail Cannot Be Sent Because of Some Error

    Sometimes I get a message that says my mail cannot be sent because of an error yet it will send if I put it into Mail Waiting to be Sent. Other times it says We Seem To Be Having Trouble Loading Your Mail. Try Again in 5 Minutes. But five minutes, ten minutes, half an hour later and it still won't send my mail!!

  5. Partially disabled mail filing

    Using my resident AOL Gold desktop...
    -- when I open my "Incoming/Saved Mail" folder...
    -- RIGHT click on a message, on which I copied myself...
    -- go to "Move to"...
    -- "On My PC"...
    -- the "Mail You've Sent" option is DISABLED.

    WHY ??

    We must be able to file a message ANYWHERE WE WANT TO.

    Options should NOT be disabled.

  6. I can't send emails from AOL. It closes AOL when I hit "Send"

    I can read emails, but I can not send any. AOL closes when I hit "Send". What is going on.

    When I need one of my online vendor accounts to send me a link in order to reset my password...and it comes from an automatic system...It never comes through! I've contacted you on this issue before. I give them my gmail address now. I don't know what you changed...I don't have them blocked, I never had this issue with the old AOL. seriously thinking of not paying for gold...it doesn't work properly

  8. Sometimes aol email that is available on the aol website does not go to my iphone 7. What can I do to fix this problem?

    For the past month, aol email that is available on the aol website does not appear in my iphone 7. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem, or is it something going on at AOL?

  11. Since June 20, 2018 I can no longer text photos to me email address???

    I debugged thoroughly with Spint side and I see that it's been sent on my phone but all of a sudden AOL is not accepting the email in to my email address?? I need to send photos to my email for work and I have the same phone and have been sending myself pics for years, but now I got nothing happening, another instance of your GOLD software sucking out loud?
    Fix this please, you're killing me here!!

  13. Remove Google ads from Mailbox and e-mail windows - 4 times it's tried to force me to download a virus and I've had to shutdown

    In at least 4 instances since Desktop Gold was established, an audio ad has said in part "you may have a virus" and attempted to force a download which when cancelled just popped up again. The only way to get rid of it was in Task Manager (Windows 7) by forcing AOL to shutdown. If this continues, I'll close my 20+ year PAID AOL account

  16. Email bug again.

    Starting today (6/3) my emails are being rejected... The dreaded Mailer email shows that the address I'm sending to has added an aol.com to the address for whatever reason... Wazzz up now??

  18. AOL Mail snafu

    On Friday 5/27/2018 I saved an email to my "On AOL folder" in a sub folder
    On Monday 5/28/2018 not only was my "On AOL" folder empty, my address book was gone, and all sent/saved mail after 2014.
    WTF is going on with AOL.
    The only reason to keep AOL, is so much data is archived on it.... if I can't retrieve that data, there isn't much point in remaining on AOL, now is there?

  19. Reminders not being sent

    Another Reminder was not sent to my mailbox yesterday. At this point more are not being sent than are. Actually, I don't remember the last one that I did receive.
    Previous to Gold I had been told to set them on aol mail/IE. What's the point of that? We pay to use the desktop software.
