I'M SICK OF BACKGROUND INFORMATION
I couldn't care less about "who" Nostradamus is - I just wanted to see his predictions but, as usual, I would have to go through a bunch of other stuff first so I just plain didn't bother. I'll look elsewhere. STOP this fiasco already!!!!!

Feature story disparages seniors
Like it or not, a large % of AOL users are seniors (because we started using AOL in the 1990's). I don't particularly want feature that target my age group, but do get irritated when one of your features disparages seniors. You have a feature sponsored by YourBump (Ex-worker Reveals Dark Side of Cruise Lines) that basically says that having older people on cruises soils the fun. Having taken many cruises, I found this feature to be inane and insulting. You should vet your "features" more carefully.

sending an email using the heart icon from the toolbar
add again the option to send an email containing the website link when clicking the heart icon from the toolbar. It used to work before. But it stopped working and doesn't let me do it again on 7/7/2021. I've already reached out to tech and to their senior tech.

Umwanted back stories!
Here we go again! I clicked on the article promising Nostradamus' predictions but first was supposed to go through the whole backstory such as who was Nostradamus, etc. I didn't bother so your article was basically a waste of space.

Human Barbie.
Here we go again! I wanted to see how the human Barbie looks now but instead of taking me there I would have had to wade through a whole back-story first. So, I just didn't bother. You're wasting my time and I don't like that. Every time this happens I'm simply going to click off the article.

Why do I have to consent to games?
I am SO SICK of having to consistently "consent" to play games I've been playing all along. I sign into AOL with a password and that should be sufficient for me to access everything that AOL offers, from advertisements to games to surveys . . .

My idea is there is no security for your users to protect them from Hackers
I think AOL (as one of the oldest and most used email sources) should spare no resource to expose, punish, and eliminate the ones who HACK an AOL account and send out requests for credit card payment. How do they get control of your email address book? This should be totally unreachable by anyone without strict entry protocol It is time to tighten up the use of a subscribers address book so outsiders cannot access it.

AOL pays no attention to any of this. Its just your steam valve, and they know it.
Regardless of your connection speed or internet service provider, be it AT&T, Verizon, Cox, et al, AOL continues to be Dog Slow in connections regardless of your rated connection speed. This is true anywhere in the USA and worse outside the country. Don't believe me? Compare it to any other platform, browser and service provider, say like Firefox. AOL is now routinely unfair and dishonest and offers the AOL GOLD program rife with problems and inherent weaknesses.

NO SLIDESHOW capability on AOL GOLD, but it's on the FREE AOL. WHY?
Slideshow capability for email containing photographs is a very desirable and in most cases necessary. But, this feature does not exist on the paid AOL GOLD program, but is included on the FREE AOL email program. Why is this? And why can't they simply include this valuable feature in the AOL GOLD Browser and program which we pay for? Who's running the place at AOL? Verizon? Oath? Anybody?

AOL Gold is a disaster! Oath and Verizon may be sued out of business.
Why sued out of business? Because they, AOL, continues to charge for a knowingly defective product with the AOL Gold program. Easy case to win in court. Happens all the time.
To wit: I have the AOL Gold program loaded on a brand new, $2000, solid state hard drive (fast), HP laptop with a 46 mbps DOWN and 37 mbps UP connection and AOL Gold is still dangerously Dog slow, locks up, freezes up and sometimes outright crashes the program, which has been symptomatic of the ongoing problems experienced by legions of AOL Gold users for many months now, going…

Why do I have to send myself an e/mail to get my e/mails? This has been going on for over a month..And why does my sister in Florida & my friend in Philadelphia still get the old & wonderful AOL? They know nothing about ''gold''.
.
AND WHY DOES MY SISTER IN FLA. KNOW NOTHING ABOUT ''GOLD'' ---NOR MY FRIEND IN PHILADELPHIA ? THEY STILL HAVE THE OLD & WONDERFUL AOL , SO OBVIOUSLY IT IS STILL IN EXISTENCE & I WANT IT BACK , NOW
