Why can't the member list in the chat rooms be sorted by screen name?
sort the members in the chat room by screen name. AOL Gold changed the cap on membership in the chat rooms. It used to 36 and now it looks unlimited. finding a friend or having to ignore a member when the member list count is high can be arduous. Chat rooms in 9.8.2 were sorted. It seems like AOL took a step backwards by not sorting.

Write mail area is the wrong size! Doesn't match "open" box size!
The new "write mail" area fir ab email composed is the wrong size! After composing a professional letter in the new area allowed, the person who opens the email finds large gaps between words in the email's sentences, because the box they open mail in doesn't match the size of the box it was written in! This causes the mail to auto-adjust leaving large gaps between words. This wastes my time trying to figure out how to size an email that won't have gaps and look unprofessional when it is opened. This did not happen with the old program. Please…

With the GOLD version, when I open a previous tab from the list above it does not open a new tab but replaces the last open tab.

GATHERING FEEDBACK
How much FEEDBACK does the AOL GOLD TEAM need, to KNOW , THAT AOL GOLD IS TERRIBLE. How in the world could a company as large as AOL, ***** up something so badly. Nothing is easy, anymore. It just keeps getting worse.And considering that Most companies get some help from THEIR customers, AOL, decided to AVOID that part. And the product they came out with, is like they decided that, anything that WAS WORKING, they would DESTROY, and say to AOL Customers. Go F your selves. We like making you angry

I'd like to see an easier way to pull up the history if my tabs don't refresh.
Write into the code a way to lock the history in place on the side of the window.

Fix installer so that local user profiles without admin privileges can still install and work properly. Could not send email. App crashed.
Had to give local user profile admin privileges to get the installer to work properly. Program would install without any errors but app would crash when I tried to send email. Granting admin privileges to the user fixed the problem but would appreciate not having to do that. Thank you.

cannot add additional contact
*member create 4 groups and he cannot add additional contact on the store # (a-c, (d-k), (l-z) he tried to drad and manually add but it doesn't work. We cannot also identify how many contacts was there in each group.

Now having problems with Gold and datamask scrambling entries into address bar cannot manually enter data
I rely on datamask to scramble my keystrokes, but lately it acts up and the scrambler screen comes up with different colors and icons, scrambles all entries

You guys think you're perceptive, sharp, cool, together and creative. You are none of those. Instead, you just sit at your computer screens to look busy so you don't get your *** fired, which you just so righteously deserve. You're like spoiled children let loose on a fools cyber playground which tells me the Oath corporate officers must be as inept and dense as you. Having money, control and power doesn't make you right, it just means you can, which in your case is neurotically misguided. Sad.

UNSORT files!
When attaching a file, not only has the path been unset, but files are listed in alphabetic order rather than by date, which is in date order - which is how the older AOL worked and how Windows explorer show them.
