Forwarding Email Saved on AOL or Moving AOL Saved Mail to Thumb Drive
We have been LOYAL, STEADFAST customers of AOL SINCE IT's BEGINNING. We have many other AOL features and we are --in general - VERY SATISFIED. HOWEVER We have one VERY CHALLENGING ISSUE that neith Andy or Mo, Tech Support could solve -- THEY TRIED and we appreciate that effort.
CHALLENGE: We have a large number of folders, with many emails in them, SAVED ON AOL. These emails contain a 12 year history of my time on the BOD of El Paseo Arts Foundation on South Padre Is. TX. Ability to block more than three domains
The spam filter will block only three domains. I get a lot of spam from the same domain, but different locals. Please increase the number of domains that can be blocked.

AOL processes are not user-friendly and had regressed over the years!
I updated my billing information by adding a new card. AOL System however will not allow me to delete my old credit card which I was able to do in the past and I have been a user of over 25 years! Deleting the old credit card required calling AOL HELP and waiting for 20 minutes before getting the needed assistance and then I am subjected to the litany of question supposedly for account verification which is a facade. If I already provided the code, why do I have to be subjected to 5 more questions about my account!!.

I have used AOL for many, many years but I'm about to end that relationship. They have now begun to censor what emails I can open and what I cannot. That is NOT their right. Just because the emails are from a far right, conservative sender, it will not open and I have an error message. Enough of that nonsense! I pay a lot of money to use your services, but that does not include censoring my mail

See complete email address from sender
Bring back the ability to see the complete email address of a sender so that you don't have to open the email to see who it's from. Revealing the sender's entire email address by hovering the cursor over it is a VITAL security feature!

AOL Article Mute Function and Reporting Comment Violations
About a week ago I posted this same complaint and it was deleted. I'm unable to permanently mute lies and vulgar posts. I mute the user/post and about a minute later the post reappears. I then report obvious violations of Yahoo Community Guidelines and I've never seen the post rejected or censored. I'm a long time paying customer and request AOL fix this problem. Thank you.

AOL Calendar
I use a monthly calendar and the contrast for the current date/events makes it difficult ti find the current day quickly. Why not choose a color/technique which instantly brings the eye to the current date?

Add the AOL logo to the top right in AOL Desktop like it use to be in the good old days.

AOL mail "image editor", restore it to its former self.
Stop screwing around with AOL mail "image editor", cant do anything now but increase/decrease size of image and it sux, please restore AOL mail "image editor" now. If it aint broke dont fix it, but instead you took away our whole image editor.

News items stay in order, while looking at them.
It was so great this morning that when I looked at a news items that it didn't click onto another news item while I was looking at the first one. When I went back, the original one was still there so I could look at them all in order. Now it has gone back to the old way, why?

Favorites
CompuServe Gold- There are 2 favorites buttons. There is 1 in between Write Mail and Settings. The other one is next to the search bar. 1 of them can be removed. 2 is a little bit superfluous. If there should be a second Favorites button, it should be as a menu dropdown for example "File, Edit, Favorites, etc." like Internet Explorer used to have. Other than that, the program is great.

AOL Gold Mail - you've changed the access to cc: and bcc: in write mail. Please restore the version that displays the cc: always WITHOUT requiring the click on th elittle (little seen) box at the upper right of "write mail".
It would be VERY HELPFUL if AOL would send a "Heads-Up_ to users when feature changes are made. As is we have to stumble across or Search for them on our own. Be more Customer Sensitive.

what is the fee for this? I do not have any problems, cept seeing the "AOL settings are out of date" every hour for over a year.

Stop adding USELESS features to the bottom of the home screen like boxes with stocks, weather, etc.
Instead of adding boxes that clutter up the bottom of the home screen that users may not even want, why don't you spend your time bringing back USEFUL features like being able to see the entire email address of senders in mail when you put the cursor over it. That was one of the most helpful features that AOL used to have. How do I get rid of those ugly, useless boxes with weather, stocks, etc.?

Diabetes Application Recall
AOL editors chose to place a critical recall notice relating to the failure of a diabetes related app as 74 of 75 news items. The sudden failure could lead to death through over supply of insulin.
How could it not be the first item? Does the profit motive at AOL come before the life of its subscribers?
