I see you've made the ads side bar larger with no way to make it smaller, only to reduce the size of my email space. This is unconscionable.
I see you've made the ads side bar larger with no way to make it smaller, only to reduce the size of my email space. This is unconscionable.? Soon it will just be big ads and a little space to read our emails. Plus we can't eliminate these ads. Any ideas how to keep this decades long time client?

still having trouble deleting mail, especially spam. Have to go back and forth from deleting all to permanantly deleting
latest update did not correct the problem entirely. Only a band aid solution.

Make things easier. Sometimes wen I sign on, it asks 4 my finger print? What is that? I just start over and it goes online. Sometimes I worry. These EX-AOL employees who took my INFO w/ them wen they terminated ripped me off 900 dollars last year and keep calling me and want me 2 go on computer w/ them. I will not. I learned the hard way. Changed my pass words and took check mark out of remember me. Thats how thay were getting on. real ********* that worked 4 AOL. and thats illegal 2. :-)

I pay $17 a month for AOL Gold and I don't like the advertisement on right side of my screen.

What am I paying a monthly fee for when I get over 100 spam mails a day with no way to block them?
Posting for this same subject has been going on since at least 2019. Even if we could block them (AOL makes certain we cannot) it would show AOL cared about customers. I pay a monthly fee so am a customer. If you right click to block AOL tells you to wait five minutes. That is a joke, try it. If you click spam to send it there then you have about 200 a day to delete or keep and add another 100 or so every day. Time to get qualified technical support or give the ones you have permission to…

Provide competent technicians who know their way around AOL...!!! We searched for AN HOUR with two "technicians", neither of which could solve this simple issue. AN HOUR...!!!! They clicked on all of the places I did, searched the same places I searched WITH NO RESULTS...!!!!!!!!! Time to leave AOL after many decades of loyalty.....

I am unable to complte a recaptcha authorization and get the same msg. That my computer is sending out automatic queries and its rejected.
I am on the line with AOL tech support right now. They are telling me their is no fix it for this

AOL is the most biased web browser on the planet. I actually hate AOL now, but it didn't start that way. Lear to be fair, or you're fired!!!
