THE SAVE AND SAVE AS STILL NOT WORKING AFTER 3 MONTHS! THIS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM! CAN'T ADD MORE THAN 2 NAMES TO FORWARD EMAIL!
BRING BACK AOL 9.8.2. I DON'T CARE IF THE SECURITY IS NOT AS GOOD. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS PERFECT I NEVER HAD A SECURITY PROBLEMS IN 20 YEARS. AND ADS ARE HARASSMENT OF THE FIRST ORDER. SHOULD HANG PERSON BY NECK FOR THIS **** OF THE OLD AOL.

AOL News is still messed up. When you click forward, the picture changes but the news item doesn't.

SORRY..... I am so ******* FED UP WITH AOL GOLD, I AM READY TO SCREAM. It took 8 minutes to get Signed on. WHY???????????And trying to click off a site is close to impossible.
Went to my Facebook, clicked on Messenger, and got another screen , that I cannot CLOSE. WHAT******* ****** CAME UP WITH AOL GOLD. IT GETS worse AND WORSE.

MY FAVORITES, needs to be improved. You had the old one working better than the Gold no. Cannot create folders like the old AOL.
My Favorites was easier to use in the old AOL. I created Folders for my categories and now is impossible. You also MUST give a choice to line up My Favorites in order of most recent or oldest either at the top or bottom. I have hundreds of Favorites and I need to categorize my topics. Please take care of this ASAP. Thanks

I am not accessible to Assist AOL
I am an AOL member over 15 years. I have been Assist AOL member for some years. My payment were made automatically and never missed. However I am facing the worst problem now. I am not accessible to AOL support past 10 days. About 2 weeks ago, the function of my new HP computer was slow. Also AOL soft was not working. After someone cleaned up, next day all the function changed. I am a writer and about to publish my book. It is very intense time. I told tech support not to change anything. I also told not remove…

Please bring back the different colors for each user name
I don't want to have to keep clicking on Welcome screen to know which user name I am on! It makes a difference which user name I am on for business or personal and other reasons and to know to send emails from the correct email address. This is important.I don't want to make a mistake. The different colors let me know which user name I was always on. This is because the user name does not appear on the task bar!!!!!

Get Gold Fixed
Your engineering people need to get in touch with realty. The Gold is terrible. Cannot attach stuff to forward e-mail. Have to download everything. I do not believe they tested this stuff. I have been with you for years but this frustration you have me paying for is not correct. Get something done or you will see an exodus from your customers.

i can no longer scan documents to aol gold from my printer,scanner copies at work, I can scan to my GMAIL acct,
i was able to scan from august 2017 till dec 15.2017 then it stopped i could only scan and email to my gmail acct

Alphabetical Favorite list should NOT be retained and closed by AOL
I received a request from AOL to elaborate what 9.8 features I want back and a second note they had decided not to change on of the most popular changes requested: STOP alphebetising the Favorites list. This is a bad decision, and I would like AOL to reconsider. It is a huge waste of user's time trying to cope with a list that's not logical for their needs. If it wan't a MUST in the last program, why make it a must in this program/ Users voted and it was at the top of the list, so please reconsider.

Rearrange My Favorites.
Go to My Favorites, open any one, tell it to Save in Favorite Places, chose create new folder at the bottom. It will appear at the top of your favorite list. You can then click and drag anything from Your Favorites below it and put it under that new folder. A pain but you can make a list of the ones you use most right on top of My Favorites like you used to have.

Comment area removal
You can't say "CHIT" with an "S", but you can access all the **** you could ever want. Go figure THAT out. & they insist on removing my posts because they seem to disagree with my opinion.
AND that STATEMENT IS A reason TO REMOVE all OF MY COMMENTS FROM THE COMMENT AREAS? THAT *** WAS THE WORD "****". iF THESE ARE "reasons" TO BE REMOVED FROM THE COMMENT AREA,I'm surprised that you haven't turned me over to the F.B.I. on suspicion of making Terrorist Threats.

Recently AOL merged my request to reintroduce "file open" with another suggestion to do it with AOL Favorites or the cloud.
"Open file" was separate from AOL and in the old desktop allowed the user to go to a file on the lap top without getting out of Gold. This is a preferred method because the file system in AOL Gold is useless as a filing tool.

Why you wish to organize MY FAVORITES, your way, and don't let me do it MY WAY? Give me back my favorites from the PREVIOUS version, and don't mess again with them. PLEASE................

Transfer my address book
I am the secretary of my retired pilots association. I use AOL to send messages to our membership. A new guy is taking over as secretary and I need to send the address book to him.
How do I do that? -
Allow users to set email to the bottom of the email list.

Favorite Places
I am very frustrated with the new way that the favorites have been arranged and not copied correctly. i can hardly recognize my list of favorite places.
I really hope that you restore it to the original order as reflected in my AOL Desktop 9.8.2 as soon as possible. Hurry!
