AOL assigned wrong are code to me and it causes problems
My zip is 11235 and AOL has me listed as 11229. This is causing multiple problems across the web including the weather, shipping charge quotes from online stores, delivery dates, and more. Please tell me how to fix this.

These instructions make NO SENSE TO ME... tried it and didn't work:
To add a photo in the email signature… open the picture in a Photo Editor (we recommend Microsoft Paint), and after using the Selection tool to select which part of the photo you want in your signature, copy the selection using the Copy function in your photo editor, or with the CTRL+C keys on your keyboard. After copying the photo selection go to the Set Mail Signatures option in AOL Desktop Gold, and paste the photo in the signature compose window by using the CTRL+V keys on your keyboard.

Issues with everything
There's a huge problem when you can't log on to AOL from your own desktop but you can with any of the other servers! There's loads of disgruntled people who hate Gold but guess what.. they're not listening!!!!!! I could go on forever! No blocking mail the easy way. No address book on the side. Virus threat thwarted when opening Huffington Post article
This is the second time this happened. As soon as I clicked on the article a notice came up from my Bitdefender program that they weren't letting me go to the page because there was a threat. It's not enough that the Huffington Post is a horrible publication? Now this??

1 I haven't been able to sign in for the past 24 hours due to "security reasons". #2 I don't know what good it will do to give my email address since I can't sign in. #3 Aol Golds is the worst internet experience ever, go back to the old aol Desktop.

so I get an ERROR code 35
So I get an error code ERR 35 so my mail which has been previously sent can not NOT be sent. Go to help put in my question as to what an ERR 35 is and now have to click through pages 9 pages to find what it is and and why it wasn't sent......give me a freakin' break! Put it back to the way it was on AOL 9.8 where you click the email envelope which automatically attaches the attachment to a new email. If you could do it before why not with the new AOL Gold.

NO UPDATE FILE FOR 1630
THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN AND I CAN'T FIND THE 1630 UPDATE
If the version is lower than 11.0.1630, keep the AOL Desktop signed in for at least 20 minutes then close and reopen the software. The update should automatically upload.

You want to improve "gold"? Start over cause it ain't working
What has happened. Now when I sigh on, there is NO option for a screen name and when I tried to open an email, it took over 6 minutes and it still was not open. I gave up trying after that. You "fix" one thing and break 5 others.

Browser will not show my updated graphics
If I create a new graphic with a new name it shows on my web page right away. If I rework an older graphic and FTP it keeping the same file name the change does not show. However, If I copy that graphic from my web page, even tho I can't see the changes, the new version shows when I put it into an email. I can not change over 1000 file names for various reasons. Ignore causes chat to lock up
If I do not have to ignore anyone, chat works great. If I put people on ignore, after 1/2 to 1 hour, you cannot post anymore. You have to exit the chat room and go back in and reset all the ignores all over again. WHEN ARE YOU GUYS GOING TO PUT SOME ATTENTION ON THE CHAT COMMUNITIES? How about fixing it so it doesn't lock up like this? How about sorting the membership list?
In January I told AOL they better have some significant changes in the software or I will be gone in March. Here March is out…
