need help signing in and having multiple accounts on my sign in
I am unable to add multiple accounts on my aol desktop gold. It will not save my usernames and I have to sign in each time with my password and it also asks for 2 step verification. I have talked to tech support and they remotely used my computer to fix the problem, but was unable to repair. this. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

can't delete folders in "READ"
Good Morning,
I've been trying to delete some folders under "My Mail Folders" .. The error message says either error code EC-4001 or it asks if I want to delete the folder and I say YES but it doesn't delete

New version of gold doesn't work on windows 10
When the update just happened it enabled admin permissions and windows 8 compatibility mode. You can't change these things or the software doesn't work. Then they tell you when the software opens that it doesn't work correctly with admin permissions enabled.

What is this about? "error: desktop gold was launched with administrator privilege
I've been on AOL for 26 yrs and I've never seen this msg before today, what does it mean??: Error: Desktop Gold was launched with administrator privileges. Using Desktop Gold with elevated permissions may lead to unexpected behavior and/or a loss of personal data that is saved on this PC. Please close and relaunch the Desktop Gold as a regular user for optimal functionality.

aol is absolutely horrible they seem to do updates and you cant even sign on half the time i am about to cancel what they offer not worth

Inbox spacing
Virtual assistant tells me
- Click the Settings Icon in your AOL Mail.
- Under "Inbox Spacing," you can select ....
But there is no "Inbox Spacing" visible.
How can we punish the Virtual Assistant? Reduce its voltage ????

I go to the search bar, go to settings, click search history, but history are not showing up. search history was working fine for many years

Tool bars links not working and the AOL Search box (AOL Desktop Gold Beta)
Using the latest AOL beta version and I have noticed that the Money and Games link in the toolbar does not take you to the correct page. I am using the UK lang version :-)
Also, the AOL Search box does not load correctly.

web site is impossible to Delete previous Credit Card from Account !!!
Make it easier to Delete Old Credit Card from Account, which currently does Not Work and requires going through the Tortures of the Damned to try to delete the old info there... Spent over an Hour and still nothing would delete old card number !!!

Peacock TV & Paramount Plus
I have noticed you can't watch anything on Peacock TV or Paramount Plus using AOL Desktop Gold. Peacock TV says "something Went Wrong. Sorry, your system configuration is not compatible with Peacock. Please check the supported devices in our Help Center (6007)."
Paramount Plus says "This video is currently unavailable. Please try again. Error code: 3005".
I have tried on a new of shows and they all say this. Please fix!
