  2. mail screen clutter

    When I read and close an e-mail, I have to close out of mail completely and get back in to read another e-mail. If I don't, although the e-mail I'm closing does go away, it is replaced by solid blue covering the rest of the mailbox. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN WITH MY GOOGLE MAIL ACCOUNT or any other application.

  3. Why can I only see a limited number of the emails in my inbox?

    Desktop Gold will only let me view a very limited number of new and old emails, though I have many more. I have to go to Google and aol.com to read and deal with the rest. This is annoying, as I am paying a monthly fee for more convenience and help.

  4. Big Graphic change in Email

    As a member of several graphic groups, we have always been able to see all graphics included in the email. Now all of a sudden you have completely changed it. As usual without a warning or explanation, you are making us work much harder and take extra steps!!! Why is it that it appears to be your goal to take all the good and popular things we've enjoyed for years away and make things so difficult..... WHY???
    can't you return the way we showed our graphics just a week ago??

  6. When I click on an email everything comes up but the actual email that is in the box and that is black, can you tell me how to correct this

  11. I cannot view my email or spam in AOL Gold. I have run iexplore which has worked in the past , but now it does nothing.

I have to get my email via my phone, but now I am getting messages from AOL that may not work after October and want me to do some app upgrade on my android to continue, I pay 16.99 per month for your service but only use it for mail.It may be better if I go to gmail for free.

  14. Mail and mailbox slow to load

    Last update has broken the mailbox. Messages in folders are extremely laggy - slow to load, load out of order and then reload, deleting messages is slow - everything was working great and now it's a mess.

    The spam folder has had an issue for awhile. Clicking on "this is not spam" causes the message to disappear completely. It does not get transferred to the inbox.

  17. when i open an email with a video link a pop up window opens stating that i need to download flash player. Flash player is already installed

I have downloaded flash player over 20 times, i have reloaded desktop gold, I have cleared my cashe and I cant get the STUPID message from popping up and blocking access to my email. Please REMOVE the predatory flash player script from desktop gold.
