Email Address line
Remove the highlighting from the email address line, it used to be just regular text with a comma separating additional email addresses, it is not user friendly now. I've had trouble changing addresses such as adding or removing.

An option to NOT have sound on automatically when viewing news items
When opening to read a new item, too often sound comes on with the embedded video, Like tablets and cellphones, the sound should be OFF to start, and be turned on if wanted. Or give us an option to set it how we need it set.

Fix the "Insert a Text File " for email..
When I use the "Insert a Text file" from the email drop-down,
ALL comes in without line-breaks and multiple blanks.
Basically all formatting is lost making the use of this function worthless. -

The browser show progress
The browser should show , usually at the bottom if it is connecting to website, or not, some kind of progress, so you don't keep clicking and starting the same progress all over.

Print preview in Firefox is much more user option friendly that Gold's print preview. can you make it more like Firefox's?

1.) AOL GOLD DEVELOPER TEAM SHOULD HIRE SEVERAL "EXPERIENCED AOL USERS,= PEOPLE WHO USE AOL EXTENSIVELY.2.) USE OLD AOL 9.8 SO USERS CAN EXPLAIN & "SHOW" IMPORTANT USERS FEATURES TO USERS.

Dropdown box
Put the dropdown box back in email "Settings", "General" tab to allow me to set how to sort my mail display. I prefer old on top, new at bottom. The same as I read books front page to last page.

The Gold version doesn't bring over old PFC's properly and your techs know it, Address this fast as an imperative!
Gold can not bring over old PFC's in an orderly fashion.. Everyone's hard work to have an organized PFC has been destroyed by it coming over in an alphabetized fashion. If it would have to come over AS IS and then perhaps, give the option for some to have the option to elect alphabetized, would be respectful and optimal. I estimate at least 40 hours will be required *** around around to try to get it back in a semblance of order, so we can use it properly. New features should allow customers to defeat or opt out
Whenever you add a new feature such as Tab Browsing, provide a means for the customer to disable it if they so desire.

Bring back Recently Deleted under Edit. .
Program is slow or hangs & if you click delete more than once you end up losing multiple emails and can't be recovered.

browser should show progress. Sometimes you think it is frozen , so you refresh , and it screws up the whole session.
At the bottom it should show the web address and if it is making progress or stuck, because the website sucks or the browser is stuck. If you jump the gun and refresh some secure websites make you go through new verification **** to get back in.

Fix the enlarge open page font feature.
used to be able to enlarge open page fonts with my touchpad. Now I can't. Fix it or I'm gone!!!!!

When system TIMEOUT occurs, AOL loses password
When leaving the computer for a time, Windows times out..
Upon return, AOL demands its' Password - Even though the password has been saved.My Desktop AOL normally comes up without needing the PW. The 'saved password' was always copied to each new release of the Beta, but once that timeout occurs, the PW is required.

Make the browser extension like the outdated browser in 9.8.2..
Let the user be able to share especially to Facebook the webpage. The one was the best features of the older desktop.
