  1. insert a feature to select and collect multiple email [from a particular sender] without needing delete one by one also needhighprioritybttn

    need to be able to sweep away multiple "unwanted" emails from unknown senders especially spam immediately, need more visible accessible features to block, report, mark, flag suspicious email without it being taking too much time to search for this features especially people who aren't computer illiterate, need a feature (button) where you can send your mail as high priority so mail is mark as urgent when received by the recipient, the bold, italic, underline, bullet/numbering listing etc need to be more apparent and noticeable when composing an email, consider ai to help the mailing service as smooth as possible, make…

  4. Change AOL front page back so I can easily access my email. I cannot find my mail anymore! When I click Home Menu Mail it just spins!

    I used to be able to access my email from the AOL home page. That link in lower left corner is now GONE. When I finally found Mail by clicking Home, then Menu, then Mail, all it did was spin and never open. I need my email! I get most of my bills by email so I can pay thru my Bank apps Bill Pay feature.

  16. actually try to compose a "Reply" email on a Samsung Android. It's almost impossible. The screen jumps around constantly so you can't type.

  20. be very careful. AOL said i had not sent nor received email in 90 days. they deleted all my emails & folders & say I can't get them back.
