    I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

    1. Clear the app’s cache
    2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
    3. Restart your mobile device
    4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
    5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    After you’ve performed these steps, should you still encounter this issue, please reach out to our support team at help.aol.com

  2. Fix cursor/screen problem which occurs when replying to emails. The screen jumps and I can't see the cursor. Using Galaxy S21 Plus.

    Fix replying to Email problem. The view of the page jumps to bottom of the email that I'm responding to and I can no longer see the cursor. Using Galaxy S21 Plus.

    I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

    You could also switch to the Unified Inbox view by following the steps in this article: help.aol.com/articles/how-do-i-switch-to-th.., and make sure that all the other email apps that are you using are set up as IMAP.

  11. find a way to stop the duplicate emails. I keep getting two notifications for the same email! so I'll get one email but a notification for 2

    since the last update, I've been getting two notifications for one email. so 1 email shows up as 2, 2 shows up as 4, etc.

  15. Fix this:I can't reply to emails,without it disappearing&going to bottom of received mail. I have to scroll up to see mine over&over again.

    When I try to reply to an email, & I'm writing it,email dissapears& goes to bottom of recieved mail. I have to scroll up over&over again. And I can't see the entire email I'm writing. Extremely frustrating,having to keep scrolling up everytime I pause or go back to correct something in my return email. Horrible problem with the new app for AOL. Please fix this issue.

  17. I'm unable to receive email to ***@verizon.net. Unable to add @verizon.net to @gmail.com when I go to 'all mail' view n Gmail account.

    Unable to receive email in ***@verizon.net.
    Also unable to view *
    @verizon.net email in my ***@gmail.com email under All Mail.

    ***@verizon.net at that point should come over to **@gmail.com automatically.

    Can u reset my ****@verizon.net account and help me with the above issues?

  18. I lost all my emails. More difficult to use.

    Not given enough time to update by Verizon. Then lost access to my emails. n
    Numerous calls to Aol to fix problem. Still not resolved. waiting for a up date.

  20. cannot sign on. you state sending a verification code but I have to go to another screen to retrieve it. when I go back to sign on with ve

    only need ONE sign on screen. stop sending verification code when signing on. it is NOT WORKING & FRUSTRATING
