I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

After you’ve performed these steps, should you still encounter this issue, please reach out to our support team at help.aol.com

    A long time client of mine can no longer email me because AOL blocked her nemont.com account for no reason. I have no way to unblock it so I had to open a Gmail so I wouldn't lose my client. Quit messing with things that aren't broken.

    I've used aol mail my entire internet life. I'm so sad to see it crash and burn like this.

    I was just told my sent aol mail doesn't arrive. Wonder if anyone else has this happen. I've had to use a different mail service.

    not only do i not get all my emails - what i email often doesn't get delivered HOW COULD YOU HAVE MESSED EMAIL UP SO BADLY AND APPARENTLY PERMANENTELY

    No email is coming in. Something is blocking incoming emails (and even spam is not getting through- which is a good thing!) This all started about a week ago.
