  4. Dear AOL, As a longtime user (20+ years) Who made the stupid decision to only allow 14 characters on a 📂 it is useless to you users now.

    Making decisions against your Rapidly dying user base is thoughtless and stupid, Adding your insult to injury your News Agenda isn't Helping you either, Get a clue AOL !
