  18. Be willing/able to help with email difficulties; someone who doesn't write you off when you need extra instruction. We're not all tech-savvy

    Couldn't get emails to open up. Agent gave detailed instructions which I didn't understand. I asked for further explanations, was told he wasn't able to help me any further.
