  5. I had the aol news in English - the old format had no problems. New format is unstable. German version better, tho I prefer English.

  6. let me me select my inbox as the default screen when opening the app. If I wanted news, I would open the app I use for news.

  7. I do not enjoy the new AOL format. also have peoblem when printing. now cuts part of the top and sides. Also pushes text to next page.

  9. change your news media section you try to read a story and it just switches about in front of your eyes, it makes it unenjoyable like e mail

  15. stop hiding emails. emails are hidden until one deletes the "proper" amount for the hidden emails to appear.

    also, allow the user to set what page they want the app to open to.
    if I want to read your version of the news I will open it.

  16. do something about the way messages are downloaded. I open the App, and some load. If I close it and reopen, older messages load interleaved

    If the volume of new messages is too high (it isn't in my case) load the oldest first, then new ones. It's very unsettling to find new messages later on that were received one or two days earlier than messages I read and even responded too, but only downloaded on a different session.

  20. I am interested in the learn classes but I want to read the info not watch a video. to you have the transcripts available?

    I am interested in class videos that cover the class only. not the fluff. many of those videos could be cut in half. otherwise I want the transcript only or the transcript with photos. the videos waste too much time
