    Have stories from both sides or just not have stories at all. The left has ruined the country, don't let them ruin AOL. I don't want to change emails after nearly 20 years with this one.

    If it is to be news, you should put less opinion into it. If you instead label it opinion or editorial, no problem. So unprofessional. You should be (but probably aren't) ashamed of yourselves. Shame, shame, shame.

    Not news. Opinion. News presents both sides of a story without imparting the writer's opinion. not the case with your news.

    Additionally, why is real news at the bottom of the list. There are more stories concerning celebrities than actual news.

    bring back customer support to americans and have a back door entry for accounts that have legitimate reasons they cannot access or use the back up phone number. pretty simple. become unbiased with the news
