    this morning the app asks me to sign in to see the news articles but no keyboard to type in password. weird.

    this keeps happening to me too. I've been asked to change my pswd so many that I can't remember it anymore. And it logs out automatically instead of keeping me signed in. sorry I added the app

    What a useless app! I am logged in but my email will not load. All it does is spin and spin and spin.

    I am trying to recover a very old email account, if it is even in your data base after fifthteen or twenty years.

    It logs in but when u select mail it spins forever I remove app download again and still go to mail and says retrieving or whatever it says but i can leave it and come back same issue

    i can't get i to my emails and haven't for 11 days
    aol says i changed password and I didn't.

    cannot open my email. This is not worth the money. yes this is a paid account. lost All of my contacts also.
    fix this or I will get another company!!!
