    I understand why you have advertising. but not on the email. you convince people to download the app. then force advertising down their throats. AOL, what has happened to you! shameful. if you dont rethink this, you are going to lose a lot of loyal customers.

    Dear AOL Support.

    I chose not to download the new AOL app. 

    I feel the same way all the 1 star complaints do. I have never read so many complaints that are exactly my concerns too.

    I appreciate my third party email to access my AOL email on my phone. I get just emails. No ads. No news. No nonsense. Nothing to bog down my phone or use a ton of data simply to read an email.

    I have been an AOL user since the 80's. Time to change? Unfortunate for me. Now I am thinking I should have changed when my family members changed.

    I cannot begin to tell you how many times my email choice was the butt of many jokes. I felt like I was the only person still using AOL. I believed in AOL and liked it because it was user friendly. Now it has become user frustration.

    Revert back. Rethink. Then try again is my suggestion to you.

    Your article regarding Hillary Clinton is not truthful, and I find it in a polling lie. Your page should be taken down because it reflects a view that is not shared by at least 50% of the American population. Websites like AOL and their reporting by the Huffington Post which is a left-wing news source is sickening. I do not understand why a email provider would provide this type of left-wing propaganda from Hillary Clinton's point of view who destroyed thousands upon thousands of government emails from the private server in her home that was against federal law. She also supported Spying against our current President Trump while he was running for office and even after he was in office. The Clintons have never held down a real job and have lived off of the taxpayers money for most of their entire lives. What Bill Clinton did in his White House of the United States of America I find absolutely appalling and when he refers to the term if what does that mean you know that he is a liar as president and should have been removed from office.
