cut the ads. i pay for AOL i shouldn't have to close an ad everytime i look at an email. it's really frustrating.

    am so frustrated with constant ads at the top of my email that after 25 years I am thinking about ending aol all together.

    if you're going to display ads, it shouldn't be done in a way that disrupt what the user is doing with their emails and shift them down the page and cause errors and moving emails or trying to reply. This is not email service as it should be. Ads should not disrupt the actions of the user trying to open, read, or move emails.

    always have close apps that are of no interest to me

    the email interface seems to be designed to force me to see way too many ads. I am going to investigate Comcast.
