cut the ads. i pay for AOL i shouldn't have to close an ad everytime i look at an email. it's really frustrating.

    you can't enjoy reading a story without all the ads and crazy page jumping all over the place, stop with the clicking all the pages to finish reading a story... just to much crazy!

    This new layout makes it very difficult to deal with my inbox quickly and efficiently. Please return it to the previous format. I tried using the selector in preferences to put it back, but that doesn't seem to work.
