for paying clients, remove the ADVs , tired of paying since 1995, and you have this application with annoying ADVs and a very slow navigation...it hang up all the time, it does not matter if I have 200MB fiber internet, or I uninstall and install again .

stop requesting feedback. it is just as bad as having intrusive ads. if I receive a pop-up asking for feedback and I don't want to leave it, the only feedback you are going to receive after popping it up a dozen more times will be negative. give an option to say never or something.

I am unable to delete messages. if I try to delete a few at a time, the app won't scroll up and down easily. If this continues, I will no longer be paying for AOL. This all seemed to start in October.
