    Real mail is often sent to the spam folder. If I forget to review it before it is auto deleted, I lose real email.

    When I send items to my spam folder I still get the same emails a couple of days later. It's time to update your spam filters.

    Should be a genuine block sender button that stops a sender permanently. what is the point of a flag button, nothing happens.
