I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

A few days ago, my Verizon/Samsung phone stopped receiving emails. I keep getting a notification that says "unable to receive emails." Then it says there is some kind of server issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the aol email service on the phone, but it doesn't fix it.

aol. gave me a pop up box to ask me to allow it to access my location and I checked disallow snd don't ask again. After that I cannot send email out from my account to anyone. What should I do to reverse this?

deliver emails within 24 hrs and not provide several days backlog. Yes i had mobile data turned on, wifi turned on, 4G by verizon on. i checked several time each day but did not get several days of email. When it started to work again i got multiple days at once.
