    since early Dec. I have not been able to access my AOL email on my phone or my desk top. Have had the aol email address for 25 years. Help !!

    My telephone number has changed. I never longer have Fairpoint email access. Representative “Judy” was absolutely useless. Please listen to recording from 11/10/19.
    All managers” on vacation”? 0h, managers not available, in a long meeting.
    Agent could not reset password.
    Can not access account for Rdoh1244@ Aol.com forgot
    password.
