    I cant remember my password as I used the app. app went down 4 days again. when signing in asking for 2nd verification which I can't remember password for. aol help is not very helpful at all. keeping going round in circles. ring this number, but you have to be a paid member. can anyone help to sort this out

    The App is asking for a new Passkey when signing in. I've always used my AOL Email address. What is happening.

    Do not call the number chat tells you to call. as I was Hacked from China and they want me to pay them $89.00 to get my password reset

    this is insanity. Jaw on the floor. Let every ear hear. I changed my phone number and am trying to get in my aol account which is necessary to work, I drive lyft full time. I was told on the phone I have to be asked 3 questions to verify the account, but only have two. it is now going to be difficult to verify the guy said. I say, do you mean impossible? he said, well, yeah. Seriously guys, this is a big deal in my world. how do you not allow someone to access their account if they change their number???!!!!

    am being deprived access to my AOL account. therefore, am being deprived access to my proper AOL email account. plus, am being deprived access to a previous email account.

    I can't reset password. tried several times over past 4 months. also keep losing network message comes on daily. and now can't move forward so you'll never get this!!!!!

    I set up 2 verification and have the back up email but no longer the old phone number, I tried live chat but they couldn't help have lost 45000mails on my other account

    my phone is hacked and my password has been changed so I can't sign in my account anymore. Also the verification code says invalid code. How can I get in my AOL account?

    You're harming many of us who cannot access our email - give us access long enough to set up new passwords!
