    stories/news won't open. can only see headlines. uninstalled and installed the app again . no changes. using a samsung smartphone. very annoying.

    today I started getting ads in my email in box and old mail...I pay NOT to be spammed...stop it or i will stop paying you 14 dollars a and move to my comcast email

    Same ongoing problem across various devices, stories will not load and has been this way for some time, have reloaded apps with no difference made. Getting to the point where I hardly ever check news feed now.

    Same issue, news headline links don't open when clicked. Been an issue for some time now. How hard can it be to fix this??

    Click on the story you want to read, starts to load new page, the header and footer appear along with social media icons......no story content appears.

    Clearly AOL are not listening to their customers, I use a separate app for my emails. AOL is just a waste of time

    News stories haven't opened for me for months now. Worked when I switched to the US version but I'm in the UK so not really a solution. I'm using the latest version of android. Why, when so many people are experiencing the same issue, has nothing been done to fix it?

    still the stories don't open. How many times do you need to be told before something is done! Samsung S9 with Android version 10.

    almost all are ads that keep Repeating even when I delete.
