    Im using a Huawei Psmart 2019. The articles dont open for me, it just takes me to a plain white page and its infuriating. This has been happening for months now.

    Same here. Been this way for a few months now! Can't read any news pages from app as load up completely blank then I try to google the headline in my internet browser to have a quick read and can't find article anyway... I give up. Am on Android.

    using android 9on a Nokia 4 2and most of the stories don't open when you click on them
    have used aol for years on
    windows on various devices and never had this problem
    was contacted by aol and asked to give details via the help page but phone and email are not working due to the virus
    so for the momento only use the app for mail which is frustrating as some of the stories look interesting
